Loans
New "Transaction Sub-Type" facility which lets you categorize standard transactions into different sub-types for administratoive purposes. Drawdowns may now be split into various types with different processing options such as:
- How to extend the repayment schedule as a result of the drawdown.
- Whether or not to take interest into account when calculating new repayment amounts.
- How many days should elapse between the drawdown and the next repayment
- whether or not a drawdown should be able to re-activate a previously completed loan.

New facility to allow net-effective P&I loans to have interest rate variations. To enable this option, see Setup / Parameters / Loan-2 and tick the option "Display Interest Schedule for Net Effective Loans"
New facility to allow interest rate changes mid-month. If the interest rate on a loan is scheduled to change mid-month, the end-of-month interest run will take this into account and calculate the correct interest charge. Prior to this, you had to do two interest runs - one mid-month and one at the end of the month. With this enhancement, only one end-of-month interest run is required.
Fixed bug in "User 1" format statements which showed incorrect YTD debit and credit totals.
